I just wanted to take an opportunity to recognize your team for their excellent support and assistance in the fuel cell demo for FDNY. Your team was always ready with whatever task was assigned, whether staging fuel, delivery or cleanup. They also volunteered to provide additional fueling information, handouts and a fueling demo if the FD requested it. Your team also ensured our visitors would be hydrated if it was a hot day by providing bottled water. Though, I didn’t get a chance to meet them face-to-face, I am glad they were on our team. My many thanks for their preparedness and assistance.

I want to say thank you very much, for the first time ever we have 100% of our portable generators up and running.

It was a pleasure getting to know you and your team. I wish I worked with you guys every day. Your ability to get things done was amazing and very much appreciated. Working there at the boat and the generator yard gave me an up close and personal view of how your teams operate and how things come together. To anticipate our needs before we know what we need is simply outstanding. The family atmosphere made the disaster recovery very tolerable and I will always appreciate you guys for the awesome job. You have a special talent and we (I) are lucky to know you.

I have worked with Cindy [Cat5 Resources] for several years on Sprint network operations programs. Cindy is an experienced leader on back-up power systems and communications network emergency response planning. She has assembled a strong customer-centric team and has instilled in them the goal of understanding customer operations and proactively offering solutions and explaining the solutions; pros and cons. During disaster recovery events, her team demonstrated themselves to be a resource that can be counted on to be ready for rapid deployment and to have considered contingencies and back-up plans in advance. She has participated on cross-industry work groups with us to work toward continuous improvement on collaborative industry solutions and is a valuable partner to engage during, and before times of crisis.

Can't even express my sincere appreciation at the moment. I can say that I am thankful and appreciative of your grace. It just doesn't fully express the gratitude. Keep kicking butt, you two. Hi there Cindy, my name is Andrea Neild. I wanted to email you and let you know how appreciative I am of your company! My daughter is an 11-year-old who lives with mitochondrial disease and was on a heart monitor the night Harvey hit. The reason why my husband and I will always sing your company’s praises is because that night our daughter went into an arrhythmia known as SVT and of course her heart monitor caught it. It was thanks to YOUR company that there was even phone service for the head cardiologist at Children’s Memorial Herman Hospital to not only receive this information transmitted by the cellular phone that connected to her monitor but to call us and help us get her out of the dangerous rhythm her heart was in! You guys are doing an amazing job and I’m sure some days seem mundane but please know that because of your very hard work my daughter is alive and well!! I honestly do not know what would have happened if we didn’t have the service for her monitor to work effectively! I just wanted to reach out and thank you so very much for what your company does! I wanted first to give you and the folks in CAT 5 a very delayed but very deserved thanks for your herculean support in Maria Recovery. You may have heard by now that our business is booming. Our fast and effective recovery added considerably to the equity of the brand and company reputation in the island. We’ve grown our customer base and most importantly our employee base in the island contributing to Puerto Rico’s long term economic recovery. CAT 5 played a big part in that recovery. I hope I never have to go through a disaster like Maria again, but if I do I will definitely want CAT 5 on my side. !Gracias! Looking forward to seeing you next time you’re in PR.
